Will Hold Tournament January 17th!

The PGDA will hold a game tournament on January 17th in conjunction with MRC Men’s Leadership.  Clarence Scott, Jr., who is in overseeing this event sent me the following

-On January 17th between the hours of 10am and 2pm, there will be groups of vendors such as Fearless Fighting, Hooters, etc. with information tables/giveaways in the Goess Multi-purpose room (of course, you and your board are more than welcome to partake in this as well).
-At 2pm, we will close up shop and transform the room in order to hold a video game/card game tournament that will begin at 3pm.  We think that this portion of the program will last until around 6pm.
We are asking that the PGDA format and essentially facilitates the Video Game tournament by supplying/managing the video game equipment as well as managing the tournament brackets.  If you are in need of funds to secure any of the necessary equipment, please let me know and I will get those funds for you.  Also, on the day of the event, there will be staff and student helpers present to help you in any way you would need.
If you and your board would like to meet with me upon our return in January to look at the room layout and to discuss particulars, I would be more than happy to do so.  Thank you so much again for co-sponsoring this event with us and I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
So, when we get back from the break this will obviously need to be our first order of business after we elect officers.  So be ready to hit the ground running!
