1) Upcoming Events

• This was the last meeting of the semester because exams are starting the following week. We will have meetings during the summer session of classes.

• First summer meeting will be Friday May 25, 2012

• Fall semester.
  • Classes start August 15.
    • The first meeting will be that Friday, August 17.
• Do we want a membership drive for the beginning of the fall semester?

• Changes to Cummulative Document
• Textures for the interior of the battle cube.
• Progress on the storyline?

6) Open Discussion

• We need to start thinking about music for our projects.
  • There are several good links for sound programs on the PGDA website.

7) New Weekly Objectives

• Work on story as a collective for the next meeting in the summer session.
• Have a wonderful break!

1) Weekly objectives status

• Contact SAC about funding
• Front and side view for modeling
• Prototype for pistol art

2) SAC

• It looks as if we will be able to receive at least limited SAC funding for ECGC for 9 students
  • James Grate, David Keen, Dave Landry, David Braxton, Seth Winnie, Lucas Rivest, Eric Alexander, Mike Winterstein, and Erin Dalton
  • We will need receipts for any ticket purchases
  • Gas and food will be up to the individual student

3) ECGC

• ECGC is Wednesday and Thursday this week
• Reminder of car pool. We will be leaving at 8:00 a.m. on each day so please plan to arrive no later than 7:45 a.m. We are meeting in the parking lot beside Humber.
• Make sure to contact Ken if he is one of these. (Mr. B)
• The ECGC Sessions are now posted! Everyone should check it out and scope out which ones they will attend. I would like to have as broad of coverage as possible. Notes should be taken during sessions. esp since the school is paying your registration. (Mr. B)

• Approximately $16 total per person for the trip which includes gas and parking fees but not food.
• Recommend bringing your own food, or money for food at a local restaurant. Prices will be high because we will be in downtown Raleigh.

2) SAC

• The Student Activities Committee has funds available for use by clubs. David K. is talking to Jason Donica about the possibility of getting funds to help send students to ECGC and for other activities that the PGDA wants to do.

2) Tournament (13 days from today – this is our last regular meeting beforehand)

• Tournament is April 12th
• From 2:30 to 5:30 pm
• $3 entry
• Winner gets a third of the pot
• Tournament games:
  • Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (X-Box) – James
    • Best ⅔, 60 sec rounds
    • Arcade sticks allowed, default controls
  • Madden NFL 12 (X-Box) – David K. (ordered)
    • 10 min rounds (depending on number of people)

• If there is something we need from Mr. Bivans, make sure we get our requests to him before Friday, April 6th.
